What is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is a process that empower leaders by partnering with them to tap into their innate wisdom, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s) to co-create new possibilities, enabling them to branch out and explore different options, stop the stagnant recycling thoughts / ideas / patterns, identify potential, diversify perspectives and increase their toolkits to propel themselves forward.

Executive Coaching supports leaders to analyze situations, by asking thought provoking and reflective questions, increasing awareness of potential blind spots, and identifying the best direction to maximize the outcomes while highlighting key takeaways and creating actionable plans.

These skills are not singularly applicable to leadership – they are transformative in life.

Whether an Executive of a Fortune 500, a Grassroots Organization or the Executive Of Your Own Life (EOYOL) – executive coaching promotes the ability for leaders to hold themselves and their team(s) capable; diversifying their experiences with exposure to new unforged “pathways”; not only for themselves, but enabling the transfer of those skills to their team(s), organizations and lives.

We collaborate with interested leaders on an individual basis, as well as with overarching organizations to establish partnerships that enhance their corporate effectiveness. Our approach utilizes a multiparty contract to thoroughly assess the needs of the organization. We provide independent support to leaders, ensuring their efforts align with defined corporate objectives. This process emphasizes the unique contributions of each leader while fostering a culture of safety and upholding confidentiality.

Why would I want a Coach?

For growth we need challenge, without challenge we risk becoming complacent and stagnant.

As we advance in excellence in our fields, pressures change.; the old adage, "its lonely at the top", suggests when you have the most expertise in a profession - "top of your field" - you are alone.

There are no colleagues with the skillset to push you forward.

Who then can give you the feedback and / or challenge you need to continue to progress?

A Coach.

A Coach is not a Mentor, nor a Consultant.

Coaches engage. Query. Challenge. Explore for themes and nuances. Increase clarity. Identify possible blind spots while creating space for setting goals, finding potential and creating actionable plans.

A Coach highlights your expertise and empowers you to tap into your innate wisdom, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's), that may be overlooked or off the path currently travelled. We identify areas for growth and "walk" with you through your challenges, partnering to co-create new paths that will become resources for you to expand and diversify your toolkit moving forward.

Let us help you reach your full potential
